Contacting Happy Valley
This website does not use an online inquiry form. If you call or email Happy Valley Adult Care Home, the information you choose to provide is used to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about care or a visit. Phone and email communications are handled by the service providers used by you and Happy Valley.
Please do not email private medical information. A phone conversation is the best way to begin discussing individual care needs.
